拜斯特复合材料有限公司是成立于1993年，经历16年发展历程，现在已经发展成为科、工、贸为一体的现代企业，公司占地41000平方米，库房面积60000平方米，拥有科研人员10名，研究生5人，员工68人，公司固定资产4500万元，现在发展成为东北最大的树脂、彩色胶衣、色浆生产厂家。
拜斯特公司产品有通用型、家居涂层、人造石、防腐阻燃、船用、车用、缠绕、拉挤、smc/bmc等十几种类的树脂，公司引进美国最新彩色胶衣和颜料糊生产技术，采用电脑配色，能生产800多种不同颜色胶衣，现生产能力为1500吨/年，产值达1.2亿元，上述产品已经注册best商标，并形成了best品牌。此外公司还经销国际知名企业 阿克苏 诺贝尔的各种牌号的固化剂，圣戈班的玻璃纤维制品，德国byk助剂和美国模具制作材料，帝斯曼、上海天和树脂，乐凯聚脂薄膜等等。
