GEA (Wuhu) KHI Machinery Cooling Co., Ltd is a Sino-Foreign JV in which the German GEA Group holds a majority of 95% and Kawasaki Heavy Industries of Japan holds 5%. The JV founded in 1995 and started operations in mid 1997. Production comprises charge air coolers for diesel engines, circuit coolers for electrical motors and power generators, radiators as well as transformer oil coolers and air coolers for the process industry. The company has about 200 employees with a German General Manager and German Deputy General Manager responsible for Technical and Production issues.
基伊埃(芜湖)川崎机械制冷设备有限公司是由德国GEA集团拥有95%股份，日本川崎重工业株式会社拥有5%股份的中外合资企业。该合资公司成立于1995年，1997下半年正式投产。 主要产品为柴油机增压空冷器，电机及电站循环空冷器，散热器、变压器油冷却器以及其他工业领域的空冷器。公司目前员工200人，是由德方总经理及德方负责生产技术的副总经理管理。
