Bosai Minerals Group Co., Ltd. is a privately-owned comprehensive group of companies having businesses covering industrial minerals mining, fusion manufacturing，international trade and real estate. Bosai Minerals Group was established in 1994, and by the end of 2009,it had total assets of near RMB5.0 billion and more than6,000 employees, including 800 foreign employees.
