南通中远船务自动化有限公司（COSCO-SHIPYARD TOTAL AUTOMATION CO., LTD），是中远集团旗下三大支柱产业之一——中远船务工程集团有限公司直属企业，与新加坡 TOTAL AUTOMATION 公司（现为Wartsila Automation Services Singapore Pte Ltd）合资。公司自2008年新加坡方被国际著名船用设备制造商瓦锡兰公司收购之后，进一步拓展了船用设备专业调试服务，成为世界最大船用设备制造商的合作伙伴。公司专业从事大型船舶和海洋工程产品自动化系统设计、安装、调试、维修服务，船用电气设备（产品）设计、制造与销售。到目前为止公司已完成了100余艘各类大型船舶和海洋工程自动化系统设计与改装工程，以及1500余艘船舶自动化维修工程。2009年公司全面参与世界最先进的圆筒型超深水海洋钻探储油平台“SEVAN DRILLER”设备与系统调试工程，展示了公司超强的专业技术实力，获得客户的广泛好评，在行业中树立了良好的品牌。 公司拥有完善的服务网络，在南通、大连、广州、上海、舟山、连云港等地设立了分公司和服务站，在东南亚，如新加坡拥有长期稳定的合作伙伴，为中远船务修造船企业和世界各地其他客户提供专业、高效、优质的服务，是中国目前最大的自动化专业服务公司。 公司拥有150余名具有丰富实践经验和专业知识的服务队伍，同时聘请多名新加坡自动化领域的专家从事技术和管理工作。公司积极拓宽业务领域，承接中远及国内外修造船企业各种类型、高附加值的船舶、海洋工程等建造、修理项目。 Cosco-Shipyard Total Automation Co., Ltd is a Singapore China joint venture between Total Automation Co., Ltd Singapore (now it’s named Wartsila Automation Services Singapore Pte Ltd)and Cosco Shipyard Group Co., Ltd, which is one of the three major industries of Cosco Group. In the year 2008, the Singapore Party was bought by Wartsila Co., Ltd , which is famous for its marine equipment products in the world. Since then, the company has further developed services of commissioning on marine equipments. The company is specialized not only in designing, installing, commissioning, calibration and repairing of marine automation system, but also in designing, manufacturing and selling marine electrical products. In order to meet the requirements of all types of marine vessels and offshore engineering projects, the company is equipped with an experienced and professional service team, which has more than 120 persons including a few Singapore experts on automation and management. So far the company has accomplished automation jobs of designing and conversion on more than 100 various types of large vessels and offshore projects as well as many automation jobs of repairs on more than 1500 sea-going ships from all over the world. Most of the world famous shipping companies have established long-term cooperation with the company, such as MOL, NYK, CARDIFF, EASTWIND, ODFJELL, V ships and Great Eastern, etc. In the year 2009,the company participated fully in commissioning project on Sevan Driller, the first advanced ultra-deepwater cylinder driller in the world, which has brought the company lots of praises for its professional strengths and has branded itself in the industry. The company set up six major subsidiary stations strategically located in the most important location along China’s coast line, Nantong, Dalian, Guangzhou, Zhoushan, Shanghai, Lianyungang, which can provide fast and high quality services for Cosco shipyards and our world-wide customers.
