Doosan acquired three businesses of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited (Ingersoll Rand), comprising the Bobcat compact equipment business (Bobcat), the portable power business (Utility Equipment), and the attachments business (Attachments).
In China Doosan Infracore International has 1 office located in HongQiao,Shanghai and 2 manufactories in Shanghai (Minhang) and Wu Jiang.
