Automotive Parts and Accessory Systems R&D Centre Ltd.(APAS R&D Centre)
The APAS R&D Centre (APAS) is set up and funded by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC). The objective of APAS is to undertake market led R&D programmes as well as commercialization of R&D results through the activities.
-Conduct industry research
-Provide technology and market intelligence
-Provide a platform for the exchange of technology & market information, technology development & transfer, knowledge dissemination, applications of R&D results and intellectual Property commercialization
The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is the hosting organization of APAS providing human resources, finance, administration and other essential services.
The vision of APAS is:
-To become Hong Kong\'s leading focal point providing support to the automotive parts industry in product and technology R&D as well as commercialization of the results to generate benefits to the community
-To be the centre of excellence in R&D by integrating the knowledge of the local, Mainland and overseas R&D partners to create competitive edge for the automotive parts industry
This is a contract position.
