上海博而成国际贸易有限公司（B&C）致力于销售出口散热器系列产品，是旺达集团的销售中心，工厂座落于浙江省永康市苏溪工业区。是中国最早研发铝制散热器生产厂商之一，现已成为一家集研发、制造和销售新型散热器--高压铸铝散热器的专业化生产企业。公司已通过IS09001质量体系认证，被推荐为“建设部工程建设招标与采购重点推广产品”，2006年12月通过建设部科技成果评估，达到国际先进水平。
2004年12月起上海博而成国际贸易有限公司获批进出口经营权，2007年度海关出口总额为25548572.54美元。通过B&C，旺达集团在上海打开了进入国际市场和中国千家万户的渠道。
Shanghai B & c International Trade Co., Ltd. dedicates himself to selling and exporting series prodcuts of radiators and is the sales center of Wangda Group. The factory, located in Suxi Industrial Zone, Yongkang, Zhejiang, is among the early manufactories which have researched and developed the aluminum radiators. Now, it is specialized in research and development, manufacture and sales of the new type radiators. Wangda Group is accredited with A Certificate of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The products are recommended as \"Important products introduced by Construction Department to be bade for and to be purchased for construction projects\".
In December of 2006, the radiator products passed the evaluation of scientific production which shows its reach of the advanced world level.In Decmber of 2004, Shanghai B & C International Trade Co., Ltd. was registered and autorized to conduct importaion and exportation.
According to 2007 Customs Statistics, Shanghai B & C International Trade Co., Ltd. has an exportation amount up to USD25548572.54.
Though Shanghai B & C International Trade Co., Ltd., Wangda Group has opened the sales channels to the international market and thousands of domestic customers in China.
