深圳平安银行为中国平安集团旗下重要成员，是中国集团综合金融服务平台的重要组成部分。作为一家跨区域经营的股份制商业银行，深圳平安银行注册资本为人民币55.02亿元，总资产超过1200亿元，总行设在深圳，营业网点目前分布于深圳、上海和福州三地。

SZPAB is an important part of PAG and its multi-services platform. As a joint stock commercial bank that provides service to different regions, SZPAB has a registered capital of RMB 5.502 bn and a total asset that exceeds RMB 120 bn. SZPAB is headquartered in SZ and currently has outlets in SZ, SH and FZ.
SZPAB originates from SZ Commercial Bank, which was established on June 22, 1995 and was the first city commercial bank in China. In November, 2006, per CBRC approval PAG held 89.36% of SZCB shares and became the biggest shareholder of the bank. On June 16, 2007, CBRC approved SZCB to merge former PAG subsidiary company PAB and the bank was renamed SZ Ping An Bank.
As one of 3 business pillars of PAG, SZPAB will leverage strong financial service platform of PAG to become a leading bank in China which will have outstanding performance in respect of consumer business, credit card and SME business and world class management capability.
