The Gender Development Solution (GDS) is a leading non-governmental organization for research, intervention and communications on gender development in China. GDS based on rural community development team, health development team and civil society team of the Shaanxi Institute of Women and Family Studies with national reputation to promote the quality of its work and its commitment to gender development.
GDS’ programs involve Rural Community Development, Women Entrepreneurships Support and Development, Child Protection and Development, Civil Society Organizations’ Nurture and Development. GDS aims to promote gender equity, to nurture and develop the civil society organizations in China through a process that unites people needed, and make a difference world.
陕西妇源汇性别发展培训中心，简称妇源汇或GDS，由国内知名的妇女发展组织陕西妇女理论婚姻家庭研究会（简称妇研会）为进一步提升机构专业化行动与服务水平，基于原妇研会的农村社区发展部、健康促进部及公民社会项目部门组建而成，是顺应组织自身发展及社会大环境发展的需要，旨在打造一流的专业化团队，引领中国社会性别发展，探求本土公益事业专业化发展的道路。
妇源汇关注的项目领域，包括农村社区发展、妇女创业支持与发展、儿童保护与发展以及民间组织能力建设与发展等。妇源汇旨在联合社会各方力量，推动本土公民社会发展，努力缔造一个资源共享、机会平等、没有性别歧视的社会。
