Established on 11th Feb., 2008 and headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E, Guangsha Middle East Construction L.L.C as a subsidiary company of China Guangsha Group, is specializing in building contracting, MEP contracting in various aspects of Building Construction, Steel Structure, Road &Bridge, Mechanical & Electrical, Curtain Wallingand so on.
With registered capital of 6,000,000 DHS, GSME now has 150 management staff, more than 60% of which graduated with Bachelor Degrees; 120 technicians in various construction fields, more than 50% of which completed intermediate and advanced technical certification, 1,900 workers including multi-skilled, technician specialize in Building Construction, Steel Structure, Mechanical & Electrical and so on. GSME also owns a total area of 2,000m2 site office, a 10,000m2 labour camp which accommodates 2,000 beds.
Since April, 2008, GSME commenced its massive construction of the New Nad Al Sheba Racecourse Project (as a main contractor for the Car parking Project and the Grandstand Curtain Wall Project) invested by Meydan L.L.C and co-supervised with consultant company Teo. A. Khing Design Consultants Sdn Bhd as the client’s fully representation, with a total contract value of DHS 2.32 billion. This iconic Car parking Project, contains a building area over 800,000 m2 and the contract value is 2.18 billion DHS, is by far the largest construction project contracted by a China-based construction company in Dubai.

广厦中东建设有限公司是中国广厦集团于2008年2月11日在迪拜正式注册成立的区域公司，专门负责承接中东地区建筑工程业务，具体经营范围包括土建、钢结构工程、道桥工程、机电安装、玻璃幕墙等。
公司注册资金为6，000，000迪拉姆。公司现有管理人员150人，其中60%以上人员拥有本科学历,各类专业技术人员120人，中高级技术人员占50%以上；劳务人员1900人（其中包括土建、机电安装、钢结构安装等各类专业技术工人）。公司拥有现场办公区建筑面积2000m2；劳务人员生活区面积达10,000 m2,拥有12幢营房，床位数2000个。
2008年4月，公司正式承建了迪拜NAD AL SHEBA新赛马场项目（赛马场停车场工程和看台幕墙工程），业主为Meydan L.L.C，监理及业主代表为Teo Ah.Khing Design Consultants Sdn.Bhd，总合同金额23.2亿迪拉姆，其中停车场工程项目总建筑面积80万平米，合同金额21.8亿迪拉姆，玻璃幕墙项目总面积5万平米，合同金额1.4亿迪拉姆，是有史以来中国建筑企业进入迪拜所承接的最大单体建筑项目。
