Pine Moon Electronics [Shenzhen] Co., Ltd. is the manufacturing facility of Rhythmlink International, LLC, a United States based medical device company. Opened on September 28, 2006 in Buji, Longguang district of Shenzhen, Pine Moon currently has 2,500 M2 of manufacturing space, an ISO Class 8 Clean Room and is expanding our capabilities to produce high quality and high volume of disposable medical devices.

Rhythmlink Connection
Founded in 2002, Rhythmlink International, LLC is a medical device manufacturer located in Columbia, South Carolina, USA. Rhythmlink designs, manufactures and distributes neurodiagnostic accessories and provides custom packaging, private labeling, custom products and contract manufacturing to its customers. Rhythmlink supports four commercial product lines: Disposable Subdermal Needle Electrodes, Sticky PadTM Surface Electrodes, EEG Cup Electrodes and Neural Stimulation Probes. Rhythmlink services a variety of markets which include intraoperative neuromonitoring [IONM], electroencephalography [EEG], polysomnography [PSG], long term monitoring epilepsy [LTME], and electromyography [EMG].

As the manufacturing facility for Rhythmlink International, Pine Moon has helped Rhythmlink produce over 11 million Subdermal Needle Electrodes. Rhythmlink is now widely recognized as the leading manufacturer and distributor within this market. Rhythmlink continues to grow within its additional product lines and is expanding into the custom solutions market, producing custom packaging, private labeling, custom products and contract manufacturing.

Rhythmlink International owns and manages the manufacturing and assembly facility of Pine Moon in Shenzhen, China. All aspects of design, manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality control and assembly of products are directed by Rhythmlink.

Regulatory & Quality Management Systems
Rhythmlink’s quality management system extends to Pine Moon. Rhythmlink has received CE, FDA and Canadian clearance to market its products and continues to expand into international markets. Both Rhythmlink and Pine Moon are currently registered and compliant with ISO 13485:2003 standards and Pine Moon has completed its registration for the international MDD93/42/EEC-Annex II.3, CMDCAS standard.
