Authorized by a US client, Lancaster Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is looking for a Shanghai based Sourcing Manager. This US company has a portfolio of businesses that is ever growing and currently consists of businesses in the Industrial Components, Heat Exchange, Healthcare Storage, Textiles and Food markets. To them, offering a strong value proposition for everyone they do business with is paramount. It’s how they create value in ways beyond the numbers.
While a few of the businesses in this group (primarily the industrial businesses) have years of experience sourcing from Chinese suppliers, other businesses are quite new to China sourcing. The responsibility of this first hire in China would be to support the sourcing efforts of the Industrial businesses and then help to grow the company presence in China and start supporting the other businesses as well.
This position is well suited for someone who is interested in working across several different industries and is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting-up and helping to build a new team for a US company in China.
