国科嘉和创业投资基金，总部设在北京，由中国科学院负责全院经营性资产的管理平台---中国科学院国有资产经营有限责任公司（简称：国科控股）直接牵头发起并联合中国国内知名大型企业集团成立的人民币私募股权投资基金。本基金主要聚焦在四个行业：电子信息、新能源和新材料、节能减排、生命科学和医疗健康产业。重点投资高成长期的企业项目，单笔投资的典型规模在一亿元人民币以下，不追求控股，持股通常占比在10%～35%。
国科控股是2002年4月由国务院批准成立的国资授权经营管理平台，中科院是唯一投资人。 截至2010年度总资产超过2000亿人民币，直接控股37个企业集团，管理683家院属两级企业，是18家上市公司的最终控制人。同时国科控股是中国国内主要投资VC/PE的成熟机构LP（有限合伙人），目前总计投资了14个中国知名的创业和私募股权投资基金，在中国创业投资领域具有丰富的资源和经验。
CASH Capital Venture Fund, with headquarters in Beijing, is a private equity fund spearheaded by Chinese Academy of Science Holding (CASH), along with the investments from several esteemed large enterprise groups in China. Our fund concentrates on four broad categories: electronics and information technology, new energy and materials, energy savings and emission reduction, and the life sciences and healthcare industries. Our investments will focus on growing companies, with a maximum investment of under 100 million for each project, which typically translates to a minority share between 10 to 35%.
CASH was founded in April, 2002 by the Chinese State Council to manage state-owned property generated by the Chinese Academy of Science. In 2010, CASH had total assets of over 200 billion RMB, 37 enterprise group holdings, managed 683 companies from the Academy, and was the ultimate controlling shareholder of 18 public companies. Presently, CASH is a mature institutional LP for most of the VC/PE in China with investments in 14 famous VC and PE. CASH has vast resources and extensive experience in the venture capital industry in China.
