广东润科生物技术有限公司最初成立于2000年5月，位于美丽的海滨城市—汕头市。是中国国内首家利用生物工程技术培养海洋微藻DHA营养强化剂，并获得中国应有专利。现集研究、开发、生产、销售于一体的专业生物技术公司。
2002年，润科公司获得中国经济贸易委员会高新技术基金的支持，2003年获得中国科学技术部创新基金无偿资助，同年获得广东省重点火炬计划，并已得到中国知识产权局发明专利保护，该项目攻克了国际重大的科研难题，填补国内空白，技术达到国际先进水平。
2008年，公司投资四亿人民币，在福建省诏安县兴建600亩的润科生物工业园，产能进一步扩大。
2009年，广东润科贸易有限公司成立，座落于省会广州市CBD中信大厦31层，成为润科旗下的全资销售子公司，润科中国营销中心的成立，意味着润科走向世界迈出了坚实的一步！
润科经历10年的不懈努力，把微藻DHA成功地推广应用到婴幼儿配方奶粉，让行业产品升级，并得到消费者的高度认可。润科微藻DHA（专利产品）的销售在乳品行业占据国内市场98%，
润科品牌在乳品行业中已经是微藻DHA的第一品牌。
2010年，润科公司在中国国内首推出终端产品----DHA藻类食用调和油，这种食用油以增强大脑智力、改善心脑血管疾病为主。润科公司未来十年的发展目标中，就是让中国绝大多数家庭均使用富含DHA的食用调和油。

In 2002 and 2003 RunKe was awarded the Novel High-tech Fund of the China Council of Economic and Trade, Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, respectively. In 2003, it was supported by the Innovative Science and Technology Fund under the Key Torch Program of Guangdong Province. Up to now, Runke has developed several novel technologies and products that protected independent intelligent property rights. The convergence of innovation and technology of Runke DHA will boost the application of DHA in food and dietary supplement in China.
In 2008, Runke invests RMB 400 million to build a bioengineering industrial facility occupying 400,020 m2, production capacity can be further expanded.
In 2009, GuangDong RunKe Trading Co., Ltd. was established, is located in the CITIC Building, 31 floor CBD in the provincial capital Guangzhou, has become a wholly owned subsidiary Runke sales subsidiary. And Runke China Marketing Center was established, which means Runke step into the world a solid step forward.
In 2010, RunKe promotes the terminal product firstly in China, microalgae DHA edible blend oil. This oil can enhance the brain intelligence, mainly to improve the cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. Runke \'s future decades of development goals is make the majority Chinese families using the edible blend oil contains the DHA richly.
