The core business of Match is talents hunting and selecting service, mainly dedicated to finding managers and professional technicians from both home and abroad for enterprises that put their investment in China and domestic mid-and-large enterprises. Through 3 years of development, currently our business can be put under four categories, namely, headhunting, background investigation, employee leasing and client management software. Match has rolled out a service named “Real Resume” which is towards the realness of domestic talents’ background, after authorized by Beijing Lianyuan Zhixin, a wholly owned subsidiary of China GZT Technology Inc. to ensure the background authenticity of job hunters recommended to our clients, thereby reducing the risk of enterprises in employing and promoting.
At the very beginning, the team of Match consisted of some professional HR talents that have returned home from abroad and senior HR industry talents in China.
The positioning of Match at the first five years focused on the market of East China Region.
Considering the maturity of Pearl River Delta and matching score of needed talents by Long River Delta Region, earlier in its foundation, Match set up office at Shenzhen and Dongguan of Guangdong to introduce talents that are suitable for the industrial development of Long River Delta.
Four Business Categories of Match
1. Headhunting
Match headhunting initiated to cooperate with a third party background investigation company to roll out service of Real Resume to reduce the employment risk for the clients.
Match headhunting was founded by professional HR talents returning from abroad and domestic HR industry talents, having accumulated 3 years of employing experience in China. We have also built a good relationship with a lot of industrial candidates and senior managers.
Match headhunting now has a stable group of 15 consultants, among whom, five are professional consultants returning from abroad and ten are native professional consultants. These consultants have a working experience of four or more years in the field of headhunting and HR employment.
70 percent or more of world industry leading enterprises and local enterprises in Changzhou and Suzhou have ever cooperated or are cooperating with Match.
2. Background Investigation—“Real Resume” Service
The main purpose of background investigation is to ensure the authenticity of job candidates and those that the enterprises touch with and assess are “Real Resumes”.
Real Resume—Security Expert against Employment Risk
Real Resume relies on third-party authoritative professional database, internet knowledge base and resumes reviewing and checking system that’s developed by professional background investigation team. The core data resources include national citizenship information database, higher education certificate database, national industrial and commercial industries information database, professional occupational qualifications, employers information, criminal information, etc.
3. Employee Leasing
We customize labor leasing service program for the enterprises and provide a professional and complete service. The service includes recruiting, education training, archive management, salary management, social and medicinal insurance agency, dispute disposal and employee relation management, and so on.
4. Client Management Software
Client management software has been developed from the year of 1999 in combination of the process management during sales of clients. After 11 years of upgrade and perfecting, currently it has been totally oriented around the client, based on the occurrence and development process of client developing, following up and maintaining. The information integration oriented around client has come true. We assist our client to quantify and manage the market, sales and service processes by adopting “One to many marketing” and “Elaborate marketing” modes. By doing so, we have realized coordination between employees, business departments, branches and partners, set up a scientific system of knowledge management, value management and decision making support, help enterprises to better acquire clients, maintain clients and advance client value, thereby improving the competitiveness and profit making ability of the enterprises from an overall perspective.
