In the Commercial Real Estate investment projects, the Company and subsidiaries continue to develop, invest and manage all types of real estate projects, the project cover everything. Including large integrated development projects, shopping malls, residential, and hotels, etc., and distributed in major cities in Mainland China. In which Xiamen Jimei Outlets commercial center project and the recently concluded Metro Shenyang Hunnan Outlets complex project will be considered as development priorities.
The Company for the year in January with the Shenyang municipal government signed an agreement with Hunnan New City Master Plan and the twelfth in 2013 organized the National Games, a total investment of 60 billion yuan, covers an area of about 42 million square meters, total construction area about 108 million square meters.
