Established in 2006 and restructured in 2007, China Private Equity Management Limited/中国私募基金有限公司 (CPEM), an international PE Fund with investors from US institutions and individuals, has more than 5 years in direct investment and investment management in Mainland China. CPEM has set the representative offices in Providence, The State of Rhode Island, US, Beijing and Hangzhou. In March 2011, CPEM Launched a RMB PE fund – RHJS (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Ltd, by which two PE fund, USD fund and RMB fund, is under its management.

Position 1: Senior Investment Associates
Applicants should have a strong background in either PE or IB industry of no less than 2 years, preferably have either overseas educational or vocational experiences, equal to or above undergraduate degree, have solid command of written and spoken English, proficient with Microsoft software. Position will have some domestic and overseas travel. Salary of the position is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
拟聘用高级基金投资经理若干名
应聘人员必须具有至少2年以上的从事私募股权投资或者投资银行业务的工作背景；具有海外相同或相似领域的教育和工作经验者将被优先考虑；大学本科及以上文凭；流利的英语口语与写作能力；熟练使用微软软件。该职位将被要求国内、国外业务旅行。该职位的薪酬将与应聘者的工作经验匹配，在同行具有较强的竞争力。
Position 2: Administrative Officer （行政官员1名）
The responsibilities include all the general office running/management affairs. The applicant shall be femle; hold equal to or above junior college degree, at least 2-year related experiences, basic command of English and accounting skills, and proficient with Microsoft software. Some background of economic/finance would be preferable.
该职位职责包括办公室所有行政事务的管理。应聘者须大专或以上学历，至少两年相关工作经验，初步掌握英语和会计技能。具有经济、财务、金融背景的候选人将被优先考虑。
