苏州西门子电器有限公司成立于1994年6月, 注册资本4020.3万欧元. 为西门子(中国)有限公司全资控股公司。公司现有雇员约两千名，包括苏州公司、浙江天台及上海分公司。
公司占地面积87000平方米. 2002年4月搬入位于苏州高新区的一期厂房（建筑面积13826平方米）。2004年11月，二期工程建筑面积14200平方米的厂房被投入使用。2008年4月，三期工程建筑面积11000平方米的研发中心大楼投入使用。目前正拟建四期新厂房。
公司生产的主要低压电器产品： 3TF接触器，3TS，3TB接触器，3UA热过载继电器，3TH接触器式继电器，3TD机械连锁可逆接触器， 3VU，3VL塑壳断路器，3WT，3WL 空气断路器，3SB按扭及指示灯，低压电气柜，4EU电抗器，4BU变压器等。
质量是我们成功的关键，因此，我们从早期就开始执行ISO9002质量管理体系，并于1998年11月获得了TUV莱茵授予的ISO9002证书，全部产品系列获得了CE和CCC证书。2003年11月公司获得了ISO14000环境管理体系证书。质量和服务是我们真诚的承诺。

Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd., Suzhou (SEAL) was founded in June 1994 with a total registered capital of EUR 4.02 million, currently has about 2,000 employees and has branches in both Zhejiang Tiantan and Shanghai. SEAL is 100% owned by Siemens Limited, China.
In April 2002, SEAL moved into the first phase plant in Suzhou New District with a total construction area of 13,826 square meters. In November 2004, the second phase plant was in used with a total construction area of 14,200 square meters. In April 2008, the R&D Building was built up with a total construction area of 11,000 square meters. Now we are planning for our phase four buildings.
Main products of SEAL are AC/DC-driven 3TF, 3TS, 3TB contactors, 3UA overload relays, 3TH contactor relays, 3TD reversing contactor combinations and 3VU, 3VL breakers (MCCB), 3WT, 3WL breakers (ACB), 3SB push buttons & indicators, and LV cubicles.
Quality is essential to our success and we commit to the quality and service to our customers. We adopted ISO9002 quality system at the beginning of the start and obtained ISO 9002 certificate from TUV in November1998. All of our products have CE and CCC certificates. In November 2003, SEAL got the ISO 14000 environment management system certificate.
By improving the production facility and environment and enhancing our R&D ability in the low-voltage industry, SEAL will provide our customers with better products and services to ensure we can grow sustainably together with our customers.
