Great (Zhangjiagang) Chemical Co., LTD. is located in Zhangjiagang City, with the reputation of a “International Garden City” and headquarter in Shanghai, China. It’s a high-tech joint venture company that focus on formula development, production, and sales of high-quality cosmetic ingredients.
