Since its opening, Migas has become known in Beijing for its food，beverage and music offer as well as its interesting design and artistic decoration. Owners Eduardo Gutierrez and Jorge Faus were keen in seeking out contemporary Spanish talent to bring about this concept, starting with a chicken and egg logo to tie in with the restaurant’s name-Migas and recently adding a puma into the family. The venue\'s architecture was handled by Alfonso de la Fuente from Pichiglas and houses artwork by Sixeart and El Tono. All up and coming Spanish creative professionals with international acclaim.
Our philosophy, joining modern art through gastronomy, design and music, make Migas the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean culture in Beijing. The Migas events are an important point to explain our activity. We usually collaborate with several brands and renowned professionals of food & drink field.
米家思是西班牙语“面包渣儿”的音译，餐厅和露台的设计风格则围绕着一只超现实主义的小鸡，亦有小鸡哆米之意。餐厅环境简洁舒适，从灯饰到座椅都非常新奇，充满了艺术气息；露台上两个巨大的鸡蛋造型小屋更是这家餐厅最引人注目的地方。这里的菜系主打健康时尚的地中海风格，每道菜都充满了大厨精心的设计和创意，带来纯味蕾的享受。 公司地址： 北京市朝阳区三里屯北街81号
