We are setting up a Joint Venture with a Germany company. The German company is a software design house to develop OEM-Products, Protocol-Stacks, total solution and the basic elements of ISDN and Bluetooth, its target customers are OEM or 3C manufacturing, it runs on development charge + license fee model. The German Company has good reputation and market shares in this market segment. The JV will run on the similar company culture and flat hierarchy, will offer a motivating and co-operational working atmosphere.
The JV is planning to be located to Zhangjiang High-tech Zone. At the beginning, the JV will act more like a representative office in business operation.
The JV is a start-up company and its business will be built from the ground.
