Introduction: Drew Industrial Division, Ashland Specialty Chemical Company, is one of only three global water management companies. Drew Industrial is in the process of building an operation in PRC by initially hiring a sales person to develop the industrial water treatment business in southern China. Water treatment programs are applied in boiler systems, cooling towers, chilled and hot water systems, raw water and industrial wastewater applications. Products are added and services are provided to control corrosion, fouling, scaling and microbiological growth. Typical markets include manufacturing plants and commercial properties using water in their process, steam generators, cooling and/or air conditioning applications. Multinational companies will be an excellent target in light of Drew\'s global presence.
