Heifer International is a non-profit development organization of high reputation working in partnership with communities to alleviate poverty and care for the earth by providing food and income-generating animals as well as related training through values-based holistic community development projects for impoverished families and communities around the world.As a branch of Heifer International,Heifer China Office,which is located in Chengdu,manages all Heifer activities and projects through 6 regional teams in China.Since 1984,Heifer China has helped thousands of rural families get rid of poverty with great success in 16 provinces/Municipalities/autonomous Regions.
Sichuan Haihui Poverty Alleviation Center(Haihui)is a non-profit and non-government organization registered under Sichuan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and supervised by Sichuan Association of Science&Technology,with its mission as alleviating poverty,building up harmony and serving for the poor people.Based in Sichuan but serving whole China,Haihui will be operated by working down-to-earth in reality and passing on sharing and caring spirit,in an open and transparent manner.
As a continued affiliate of Heifer China,Sichuan Haihui Poverty Alleviation Center will represent Heifer International to plan,implement and manage all Heifer-funded projects in China and carry on Heifer’s model with creational approach to rural development so as to better serve the poor people in rural China.

四川海惠助贫服务中心–小母牛中国全权代表
国际小母牛项目组织是一家非营利机构，于1944年创立于美国阿肯色州小石城。她致力于同社区合作，通过向贫困农户提供各种创收增产的畜禽、技术培训和以价值为基础的社区综合发展模式实现减缓贫困和保护环境的目的。自1984年以来，小母牛中国项目已经在全国16个省区成功的帮助成千上万个乡村家庭摆脱贫困。
四川海惠助贫服务中心是在四川省民政厅注册、主管单位为四川省科学技术协会的民办非营利机构，以扶贫助困、建设和谐、全心全意为贫困人民服务为宗旨，以近期立足四川、面向全国为目标，以求真务实、真抓实干、传递爱心、公开透明为举办理念。
四川海惠助贫服务中心作为国际小母牛组织中国办公室的延续，将全权代表国际小母牛组织计划、实施和管理其在华农村扶贫项目，并承接其模式并创新更加贴近中国乡村发展的方法，更好地服务于中国乡村的贫困人群。
