2007年4月，花旗成为首批注册本地法人银行的外资银行，成立花旗银行（中国）有限公司（以下简称“花旗中国”）。目前，花旗中国是国内领先的外资银行，在上海、北京、广州、深圳、天津、成都、杭州、大连、重庆和贵阳拥有10家分行。

In April 2007, Citi was among the first foreign banks to locally incorporate as Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. (“CCCL”), which is wholly owned by Citibank N.A. Today CCCL is a leading international bank in China, and has ten branches in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Dalian, Chongqing, and Guiyang.
CCCL has been granted the approval from China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”) to open a branch in the city of Changsha. The Changsha branch represents the twelfth branch of CCCL after Nanjing branch which is currently under preparation for operation soon.
