君恒达律师事务所的前身是中国外商投资企业协会于1994年设立的君达法律事务所。根据中国政府有关法律服务机构改革的要求，君达法律事务所于2001年改制为独立执业的合伙制律师事务所--君恒达律师事务所。
在过去的几年里，我们着重于为来自世界各地的多家跨国公司在华设立投资公司，开展投资业务提供法律服务。为在中国设立的外商投资企业提供股权转让、股份制改造、公司的合并、分立、清算以及工商、税务、外汇等方面的专项法律服务。我们还代理不同的客户参加诉讼和仲裁，这使我们积累了丰富的执业经验。这些经验使我们能够运用专业知识帮助客户制定严谨的法律文件，有效地保护客户的商业利益，避免纠纷及争议的出现。
我所合伙人及部分律师多年的政府工作经历，使得我所在为客户提供法律服务的同时，还可以提供适当的公共关系支援。

Genda Law Firm is the original Genda Law Office which is set up in 1994 by China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. It is transformed into an independent partnership law firm in 2001 according to relevant government laws and regulations regarding the reforming of legal service agencies.
During the past years, we have been providing legal services to various multinational companies for the setting up of their holding companies and their investment activities in China. We have also been providing our professional services for existing foreign-invested enterprises in the fields of share transferring, share company reforming, merging, splitting, liquidation, taxation, foreign exchange and commerce and industry, etc. We also participated in law suits and arbitration on behalf of our clients. All these have accumulated our experiences of legal practice. Our experiences enable us to make accurate legal documents for clients by using our professional knowledge, to effectively protect the commercial interest of clients and to prevent possible disagreement and disputes.
Our partners and some lawyers have many years experience of government working, which make it possible to offer appropriate public relations support while providing legal services.
