WTC is the newest Dealer in the Caterpillar world,which gets the executive rights of Caterpillar products in North and Northeast China in 2000 and officially started its business on January 2001.WTC has been allocated the Provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin,Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and Hebei,Shanxi,and the Municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin with the area of 2.4 million km2.The company is located at southeast 4th ring road of Beijing with the total area of 3,700 m2 and construction area of 1,300 m2 including all kinds of expertise of over than 200.
WTC is a sister company of WesTrac Equipment in Western Australia that is wholly owned by Australia Capital Equity.WesTrac Equipment has been a Caterpillar Dealer for over than 70 years and has become one of the leading Dealers in the Caterpillar system.Succeeding to the advanced management experience and technical level from WesTrac Equipment and relying on the great financial support from WesTrac Equipment and the strong technical support from Caterpillar, WTC will provide all equipped services including model-selection guideline, technical consultant and excellent after-sale service for Caterpillar products within its territory.
At present,WTC can provide and support over than 300 Caterpillar products including engine and GENSET, UPS solution proposal, road building machine,mining machine and landfill equipment,and it either comes from Caterpillar joint-venture factory in China or imported from Caterpillar oversea factory; All those products will be applied for telecom industry, finance and securities industry,airport,government,office building,oilfield,sea port,mining industry,agricultural industry and road transportation industry etc.
WTC target is to be the\"Supplier of Choice\"of the customer in machinery equipment,engine and generator set.The company has had a high-level expertise team including Power Systems Division,Machine Division, Service Division, Parts Division, Rental Division and Mining Division,and set up branch office in Tianjin,Shenyang,Changchun,Harbin,Anshan, Dalian,Baotou,Shijiazhuang,Taiyuan and Jincheng so as to provide the on-time and excellent service for its territory customers.Meanwhile,the company has sufficient spare parts stock,self-contained tools and advanced testing instrument so as to always keep ready for service.
