Established in 1973, Hong Kong Sheng Kuang Hui Welfare Council is one of the largest multi-service social welfare organizations in Hong Kong with over 1400 employees. Our mission in providing social service is based on the concept of \"Individual Caring and Overall concern\" which is both person and community oriented.
