The candidates will be primarily involved in the execution of strategic advisory and corporate finance projects including public and private equity fund-raisings, mergers and acquisitions and investment management. A qualified candidate needs to meet the following requirements:
•A strong business sense and superior problem-solving skills;
•Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese and English;
•Professional growth & leadership potential;
•A sound understanding of the principles of corporate finance, valuation techniques, financial statement analysis and capital market behavior;
•University graduate(4 years) or postgraduate degree from a major national university or foreign university; and
•Dedicated personality with strong initiative, drive, and is able to perform under high work pressure.
