对外经济贸易大学卓越国际学院是对外经济贸易大学与美国福特赫斯州立大学(Fort Hays State University)通过友好协商，本着精诚合作，优势互补，共同发展的原则举办的合作办学项目，旨在按照我国高等教育事业发展的需要和人才培养的要求，培养全面发展、理论基础深厚、实践能力强并具有创新能力的国际型、复合型的优秀人才。
卓越国际学院是对外经济贸易大学下属的二级学院。经教育部及国务院学位委员会批准，学院实施双学历教育，国家计划内招收的学生（国家统招生）毕业后，成绩合格者由对外经济贸易大学授予学士学位；其中修完美国福特赫斯州立大学规定的课程，成绩合格者，可同时获得美国福特赫斯州立大学的学士学位。国家计划外招收的学生（学院自招生），修完国际学院和美国福特赫斯州立大学规定的课程，成绩合格者，可获得美国福特赫斯州立大学授予的学士学位。
除下述英语教师职位之外，学院也陆续公开招聘其他专业全职和兼职教师若干名，包括：工商管理、国际金融、国际经济法、计算机与信息系统等专业。

Brief Introduction of ZINC
Zhuoyue International College(hereinafter referred to as ZINC)of University of International Business and Economics(hereinafter referred to as UIBE)is established by UIBE and Fort Hays State University(hereinafter referred to as FHSU)through amicable discussions in the spirit of sincere cooperation with the aim of mutual development on the basis of alliance of respective strengths and complementary advantages of both parties. The objective of this college is to conduct joint bachelor degree program to train students to be all-round developed talents with high theoretical level and enterprising spirit and capable in practice.
ZINC provides various undergraduate programs for business administration, finance, English literature, international economics, law, computer science, information system and etc.
ZINC is authorized to grant students double to the students enrolled according to the state enrollment plan. They shall be granted respective bachelors degree by UIBE after completing all required courses and shall be awarded bachelors degree by FHSU when they finish they finish the courses of FHSU with eligible credits.
Students enrolled by ZINC outside the state enrollment plan who have finished the courses of FHSU with eligible credits shall be awarded bachelors degree by FHSU.
