This acquisition expands our forged steel fittings offerings with ferrous and non-ferrous branch connections, flanges, fittings and engineered specialty forged components for piping systems and pressure vessels. The addition of WFI International is a good fit with Bonney Forge - the commodity volume operation and WFI International - the MTO shop.
