We provide, at our expense, a unique, professional and intensive 5-week training programme that will equip you with knowledge of financial planning and investment solutions, and re-acquaint you with effective relationship building and direct sales skills. Beyond this, there will be on-going training leading to professional qualifications.
No previous experience in financial services is required, but you must have the academic ability and determination to obtain the necessary investment representative licence. You must have a minimum five years\' experience in a direct sales environment and ideally a relevant degree in a finance related discipline. You will have strong personal networks, be able to initiate and close prospects, and carry a natural determination for success. Of course, you will be eager to learn financial planning, be self-motivated and client-focused, and fluent in both English and Cantonese.
