吉林省汽车零部件研发中心有限公司于2009年10月成立，是由吉林省政府牵头，大专院校和科研机构共同组建的汽车高新技术企业。
研发中心由吉林大学，中国第一汽车集团公司，长春一东离合器股份有限公司和长春旭阳工业集团股份有限公司共同出资组建，注册资金1000万元人民币。
发展目标
研发中心定位于建设一个地处长春、服务于吉林省汽车零部件企业且辐射全国汽车零部件行业的技术咨询服务平台、产品研发及性能测试基地，从而为我国汽车零部件企业的发展提供强有力的技术支持，提升我国汽车零部件企业的自主开发能力。
