Swire Beverages has the franchise to manufacture, market and distribute the products of Coca-Cola Company in Hong Kong, Taiwan and seven provinces in China, as well as 10 states in USA. This represents a total franchise population of over 400 million. Swire Beverages is recognized as one of the select group of strategic business partners of the Coca-Cola Company known as the \"Anchor Bottlers\". Swire Beverages works closely with the Coca-Cola Company on brand development and marketing.

To ensure continuous, profitable growth and expansion, we need a constant supply of talented young managers, trained to a consistent Swire Beverages standard excellence and capable of meeting the business challenges of the future.
Training and Development Program
The program includes classroom training courses, on-the-job and inter-plants exposure and experience. It is designed to ensure that all MTs receive a thorough and intensive training in Swire Beverages and help prepare them, in line with business needs and individual performance, for a management role at the end of five years. The program will also provide MTs a solid foundation for taking up senior roles in Swire Beverages in future.
