2006年，珠海精讯电子科技有限公司成立于美丽的海滨城市珠海，精讯是一家以电力载波解决方案为依托，绿色节能环保为方向，专注于电力载波抄表系统、路灯节能控制系统的高新技术企业。
精讯公司本着“客户至上，质量第一”的宗旨为用户提供安全、可靠的产品及优质的服务。公司拥有稳定的研发团队、完善的质量管理体系及专业的售后服务队伍。
2011年，公司单相载波模块通过了中国电力科学研究院电力计量中心的检测，成为国家电网合格供应商。同年公司通过了ISO9001：2008质量管理体系认证、国家高新技术企业认证并拥有多项电力载波领域自主知识产权。
公司系列产品有：低压电力线载波（扩频）调制解调芯片PL20D-A（BASK）、PL52D-A（OFDM）、JPLC32D-B；单相载波模块、三相载波模块、采集器模块、集中器路由模块；单、三相电子式载波智能电能表方案、采集器方案、集中器方案；基于低压电力载波的智能路灯控制系统。

In 2006, Zhuhai Jingxun Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in the beautiful coastal city of Zhuhai. JX is a high-tech enterprises that based on power line carrier solutions, direced in green energy saving and environmental protection, focus on power line carrier meter reading system and street lights energy-saving control system.

In 2011, the single-phase carrier module passed the detection of Electric Power Measurement Center in China Electric Power Research Institute, and then JX become a qualified supplier of the national grid. In the same year JX passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification, the national high-tech enterprise certification. Through our hard work JX got a number of independent intellectual property rights in the field of power line carrier.

n Low-voltage power line carrier (include expending frequency) modulation and demodulation chip that inculd PL20D-A (BASK), PL52D-A (OFDM), JPLC32D-B.
n Single-phase carrier module, three-phase carrier module, acquisition module, concentratorrouting module.
n Single, three-phase electronic carrier smart meter program, the collector program, focused programs.
n Low-voltage power line carrier-based intelligent street lighting control systems.
