The company is a leading global manufactory of original equipment and aftermarket electrical, powertrain/drivetrain and related component for automobiles, light trucks, medium and heavy duty trucks and other heavy duty vehicles. The Company\'s products are sold worldwide primarily under the \"Delco Remy\" brand name as well as other widely recognized private label brands. The Company\'s products include starts motors (\"starts\"), alternators, engines, transmissions, torque converters, traction control system and fuel system which are principally sold or distributed to original equipment manufactory (\"OEMs\") for both original equipment manufactory and aftermarket operations, as well as to warehouse distributors and retail automotive parts chains. The Company sell its products principally in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
