2007年收购了美国viper（威霸）清洁设备工业集团。
我司系美国威霸viper清洁设备工业集团的生产基地，位于制造业名城——广东省东莞市寮步镇，占地近13万平方米，包括50,000平方米的生产车间，4,200平方米的生活区和2,000平方米的办公楼，并拥有世界顶尖的产品研发队伍，一流的成套生产流水线设备及完善的售后服务体系。威霸的销售网络遍布全球，仅美国就拥有300多家分销商，在中国拥有十三家分公司及30多家区域总代理，现今威霸是亚洲颇具规模的清洁设备制造商和供应商。
