海顿直线电机（常州）有限公司是美国Tritex公司在中国常州设立的独资公司，专业从事开发、生产和销售精密直线步进电机及其相关部件。
美国Tritex公司在全球投资设立了三个子公司，一是美国的HSI（Haydon Switch and Instrument, Inc.），位于美国康奈提格州心脏地带，占地10公顷。主要负责开发、生产直线电机、旋转电机、开关以及相关部件，并负责北美市场的销售，其电机生产已有50多年的历史，在小功率步进电机，PM直线步进电机和我们新发明的混合式直线步进电机领域，HSI已成为公认的领先者；二是我们公司HLM，主要负责开发、生产直线步进电机及相关部件，并负责亚洲市场的销售；三是法国的HME（Haydon Motion Europe S.A.R.L)，主要负责欧洲市场电机、开关及部件的销售。
