CPDF is a multi-donor small and medium sized enterprise(SME) facility managed by the International Finance Corporation(IFC), the private sector arm of World Bank Group(WBG), planned and implemented in close collaboration with the Chinese government. The facility was established in the interior of China, with an initial focus on Sichuan Province, and commenced operations in late 2001.
