China Offshore Oil Engineering CO.,LTD. (COOEC) is the only contractor in People’s Republic of China that is capable of providing full services including offshore oil & gas engineering, mainly on offshore installation and onshore terminal steel structure fabrication, subsea pipeline and subsea cable laying, offshore platform jackets and deck modules loadout, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning, above water and underwater inspection, repair and maintenance for offshore engineering facilities.
COOEC has provided its remarkable service to those major international oil and energy companies worldwide such as China National Offshore Oil Co., Philips, Texaco, ACT Operator’s group, Chevron, Hundai Heavy Industry.
