中国专利信息中心
中国专利信息中心（简称信息中心）成立于1993年，是国家知识产权局直属的事业单位、国家级专利信息服务机构，主营业务包括信息化系统运行维护、信息化系统研究开发、专利信息加工和专利信息服务等。经过十多年的不懈努力，信息中心现有职工五百余人。凭借国家知识产权局（简称国知局）赋予信息中心专利数据库的管理权、使用权和综合服务的经营权，及信息中心遍及全国各地的信息收集和服务网络，通过先进的信息技术应用为国内外用户提供快捷、优质的服务。信息中心于2009年7月23日正式通过ISO20000国际标准第三方认证机构加拿大TCIC公司和奥地利CIS认证机构审核，2010年6月26日正式通过了CMMI ML3认证，2011年9月30日正式通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证。信息中心将以满足客户需求为主旨，脚踏实地、追求务实高效，建立强大的、以IT系统运行维护、软件开发和系统集成、专利信息服务和专利信息处理为支柱的现代化信息集团。Founded in 1993 and directly subordinate to the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), the China Patent Information Center (CPIC) is a national level public organization for patent information service, dedicated to affairs on O&M and R&D of information systems, patent information processing, and patent information dissemination.Relying on consistent efforts over nearly two decades, the CPIC now holds a force of staff over 500. Endowed by the SIPO with the rights of patent database management and utilization as well as comprehensive service management, and equipped with a nation-wide network for information collection and dissemination, the CPIC provides users at home and abroad with services of quick access and superior quality by application of advanced information technologies.On July 23rd, 2009, the CPIC was formally approved, by TCIC (TCIC Global Certification Ltd., Canada) and CIS (Certification & Information Security Services GmbH, Austria) both serving as third-party certification authorities for ISO20000, for certification for IT Service Management, marking worldwide acknowledgement of a leading role in this field.
