天津东亚海事船舶管理有限公司是香港东亚海事控股（集团）有限公司投资，经国家工商行政管理局批准，在天津保税区注册的一家专业性的船舶管理公司。公司在天津海运学院建院之初就在航海技术、轮机工程、酒店管理（邮轮乘务方向）等专业进行订单委托培养合作，天津海运学院已接收我公司委培学员500余名。2008年公司为支持职业教育的发展，便于学员在良好的竞争环境中学习，特在天津海运职业学院设立东亚基金会，用于奖励优秀学员，扶持特困生。目前公司在校企合作委托培养高级海员、邮轮乘务、短期专业培训等多个领域的紧密性合作已成规模。
公司在创办初期就依托天津海运职业学院开展人力资源开发和国际化营运体系建设，根据STCW78/95公约及国际规则打造了一整套独有的现代化国际邮轮船员管理系统。主要为国内、外船东公司配备和派遣船员；招募、培训船员、代报考试；办理船员各类证件等手续；经营货运代理；国际、国内船舶管理、船务技术咨询、劳动服务、船舶设备维修；船舶零件及物料供应等业务。公司本着“船东至上、信誉第一、优质服务、安全高效”的服务宗旨，坚持以诚信的态度、高效的工作为广大船员及船东提供优质的服务。为船东进行整船配备、半套配备、零散配备上环球、近洋、沿海航线的集装箱、油船、散货船、杂货船、集散船、滚装船、客船，冷藏船等船舶作业。
2009年初，公司又被天津市政府定为大学生就业见习基地，大学生就业基地的落成真正缓解了天津市政府大学毕业生就业压力，为大学毕业生开辟了新的职业——“邮轮乘务”，公司先后引进世界第一大邮轮公司——嘉年华、歌诗达邮轮集团公司及旗下69艘世界级豪华邮轮，作为本市大学生就业新兴行业。在短短几年里，公司先后吸纳安置一千余名大学毕业生到国际邮轮工作，实现了本市国际邮轮工作者零的突破，真正的解决了天津市大学毕业生就业难的问题。
