hella\'s activities in china date back to the early 1980s. in 1982 the first hella delegation visited china to jump-start hella\'s involvement in china with license agreements signed. in 1996 hella founded its first two joint ventures in china , in changchun and shanghai , to further develop the business in the chinese market and show hella\'s unwavering commitment to china . after ten years the hella group today has 9 companies with 1,800 employees in china to satisfy our customers\' demands in this important market.

2005-2006 restructuring and re-organizing of hella business in china : 100% hella ownership of hcl and hse; merger of hcl with hcdl and hse with hsde.

2003: 在长春成立汽车灯具研发中心 ; 在北京成立针对汽车灯具的合资企业北京三立
2004: 在上海成立汽车电子研发中心 ; 在厦门成立合资公司海拉宏发电子 ; 上海成立海拉上海服务公司
2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
