Taikoo Engine Services (Xiamen) Co Ltd (TEXL) is located in Xiamen Gaoqi Aviation Industrial zone. This jointly controlled company was formed by Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co Ltd (HAECO), Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd (CX), Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co Ltd (TAECO) and Xiamen Aviation Industry Company in July 2008. To provide aero-engine repair and overhaul services in the Asia-Pacific region. Total investment is over 180 million US dollars. The core business of TEXL is to provide overhaul services for General Electric (GE90) engine.
