(BVMC), originally known as Beijing Valve General Plant, was founded in 1952. Thus it has more than 50 years history in valve manufacturing and developing, which is not only the leading enterprise of former National Mechanical Department in producing high & middle pressure valve and steam trap valve, and also the director member of National Valve Industry Association and the member of the National Standardization Committee. The factory of BVMC locates at Panggezhuang Industrial Development Park. Daxing district, Beijing, its area is up to 60,000 square meters. And it owns strong technical strength.Among all 580 employees, there are 8 senior engineers, 34 engineers and several members and correspondents of the National Standardization Committee. Our main products are many types of high, middle and low pressure valves, all types of emergency shut valves used in LPG, and various kinds of valves used in oxygen pipes including 2918 specs and 518 series, such as steam trap valve, gate valve, check valve, low-pressure valve, ball valve, butterfly valve etc. The working pressure of the valve is 1.0Mpa ~42Mpa, Class 150Lb~3500Lb, and the temperature is -196℃ ~ 550℃. The valves are made from iron, carbon steel alloy iron, heat resistant steel and can be classified into such kinds as manual, gear actuated, motorized, pneumatic , hydraulic and automatic according to operation. All of these main products strictly follow the domestic and foreign standards such as GB, API, ANSI, JIS, DIN, and BS, etc. Our products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, chemical fiber, infrastructure construction, electricity, water plants and other industrial fields. And we always devote to develop the energy saving product , actually we are one of the earliest manufacturers for steam trap valves in China and win the good effect to society. BVMC owns advanced &excellent manufacturing and detecting devices including 104 general devices and 20 numerical controlled machine tools. Also, its self –contained performance detecting manner can test all the performance indices of steam trap valve and many other kinds of valves. The excellent physical-chemical measuring devices ,especially the SPECTROTEST CCD， guarantee the correct quantity transfer and the veracity of the chemical elements of the selected metal materials. BVMC has itself research institute engaged in researching and developing of new product, new technology and new techniques. Besides more than 10,000 technical books and 2000 standard books, also the general valve research office, steam traps research office, technical standard office and technical document office are available. The research institute has taken part in setting up valve related standards and organizing academic research and many other activities.
