Position: Associate Consultant/Consultant
Associate Consultant/Consultant are primarily responsible to generate revenue, establish and manage client relationships. Performance is evaluated on quantifiable measures (meeting execution and business development credits) as well as qualitative measures (revenues and yearly plans, number of completions, days to complete, completion ratio, receivables days, write off, etc.)
It is important that all Associate Consultant/Consultant are to develop their recruiting practice in a specific area. Based on the Associate Consultant/Consultant' strengths, emphasis will be put on either business development or execution. Leadership potential is another important criteria.
Business Development
• Work closely with the Practice Director to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency
• Formulate creative and innovative marketing strategies to expose the group’s brand, develop business opportunities, and generate revenue.
• Maintain and establish a good relationship with existing and potential clients
• Identify lists of contacts and cold-call companies for business opportunities
• Perform research prior to each business development meeting
• To maximize success, Consultants are to train and bring along the best team of Associate Consultants/Sr./ Research Associates to client meetings
• Prepare proposals and job specifications after each business meeting
Execution
• Liaise closely with Research Associates to "map out" the candidate universe and prepare job control for every assignment
• Perform research and interview candidates
• Create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports based on the candidates' experience, achievements, strengths and weaknesses
• During the course of executive search, continuously keep in contact with existing clients by providing status reports and summaries on a regular basis
• When qualified candidates are shortlisted, follow up closely with the client and the lead candidate by providing reference checks as well as a detailed compensation package. It is important to manage the expectations of both the client and the candidate
• Manage both the clients' and lead candidates' expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks, and managing the process till completion
Position: Senior / Research Associate
Sr./Research Associate work closely with Consultants on pre-search, business development support and search execution. Research Consultants are primarily responsible to performresearch and collect contact lists and details of target candidates. Research Consultants play an important role during the course of each assignments and they are the key of success.
Job Responsibilities
1. Execution
Gather contact details based on target companies or industries given by the Associate/Principle/consultants
Work very closely with the Associate/Principle/Consultant on candidate mapping and job control development for every assignment.
Maintain and keep candidates/companies profile info up-to-date.
Prepare candidate recommendation reports
Maintain search tracking on dedicated assignments
Develop new channel and resources including social networking sites, online forums etc to enhance search efficiency
2. Conduct initial phone and F2F interviews with candidates
3. Generate professional reports and needed documents for candidate presentation. Make sure the thoroughness and consistency of all information and details in presentations
4. Manage the entire search process
Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication
Assist in overall processing of the assignment with clear instructions/guidelines given by Associate/Principle/Consultant
Pre-search/Business Development support
5. Conduct pre-search analysis including industry, market trend, target companies etc.
6. Support Business Development presentations as required by the consultants.
7. Optimize all channels and sources including internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites for company database expansion and update.
8. Gather industry trends and market updates including positions in demand, salary and hiring trends for Associate/Principle/Consultant.
Position: Management Trainee
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia through various approaches including cold-calls
• Screen and assess candidates through systematic and professional interview techniques and utilizing other competency assessment tools
• Prepare candidate assessment reports and make professional recommendations
• Work closely with consultants to ensure quality, speed and accuracy of the search execution process and timely completion of assignments
• Assist consultants in generating revenue and driving business development
