Established at the end of 2002, Key-All Co., Ltd was initially a buying office for a Belgium and Norway chain stores, and its major business was making purchases for them in all over China. The purchasing category of Key-All includes sanitary ware, DIY tools, outdoor furniture, lighting, home electrical appliance, daily necessities, office and christmas items, etc.
Key-all Co., Ltd has been building up an efficient & aggressive purchase network in China. We have good relationships with the suppliers which we have been cooperating and a lot of suppliers are dying to cooperate with us.
Besides professional purchasing, quality control is another important function of Key-All. In our company, there is a professional QC team which is directly in charge of the quality of the products purchased. We can surely guarantee the quality of the products for our customers by adopting the same QC procedure and criteria as SGS.
Key-all is entirely handle all of the businesses in China for our foreign customers:
1.Source the right suppliers according to customers’ inquiry.
2.Visit and evaluate potential suppliers.
3.Request samples from the right suppliers. These samples will be kept at KEY-ALL warehouse. A letter of intent can be presented to suppliers directly by KEY-ALL after thorough quality control.
4.Send the formal Purchase Order to the suppliers and will arrange the deposit or open the L/C upon receiving PI or S/C,
5.Conduct inspections during production.
6.Provide the appointed forwarder information within a reasonable time limit.
7.Thoroughly inspect the goods at least 5 days before loading (KEY-ALL QC staff), the goods will be loaded after receipt of the Release Notice signed by KEY-ALL.
8.Arrange the balance after receipt of a copy of the whole set of original documents (if the payment term is T/T).
9.Collect the whole set of original documents and forward them to customers.
