Audatex is wholly owned by Solera Inc. [NYSE: SLH] and is a leading global provider of auto /claims solutions which are relied upon to resolve nearly USD $20 billion in claims world-wide every year.
Audatex pioneered its development of motor claims solutions in Germany in 1961 with the aim to optimize the workflow of automotive claims to improve the efficiency of claims management process. Today, as the industry leader, Audatex employs more than 2,200 associates serving more than 50, 000 customers in more than 50 countries, with a 53% share of worldwide automotive estimation market.
China is at the centre of Solera’s expansion program into the Asia Pacific Region. An Audatex Representative Office was established in Beijing in 2005, followed in 2007 with the opening of a WOFE in Shanghai and conversion of Beijing to branch status. Keeping to its long term vision, Solera is investing millions of dollars into the China market. During 2008, in order to enhance its local data research and development, as well as to provide the best service to Chinese clients, Audatex set up a local hosting IT environment and opened a global Data Development Centre (DDC) and a Training Centre. Already a number of major insurance companies, automotive manufacturers (OEMS) and dealers in China have become clients of Audatex. Our objective is to transform the auto claims estimating market in China to follow global best practice methodology.
