The company was founded in 1951 by Alberto Giacomini as a small artisan company. Today Giacomini products 100 tonnes of brass per day, 80% of the company ‘s production is exported to over 85 countries. Total 1000 employees in Europe, 3 production units all based in Italy and 10 foreign branches for stock and distribution. This was due mainly to a foreword thinking marketing strategy which directed attention and resources to foreign markets offering very high quality products with a sound image of “made in Italy”. All the company’s products and manufacturing processes are certified and approved in accordance with ISO 9001 issued by BSI ；Giacomini carries “QAVR” Mark and can be titled only the most qualified Taps and Valves Italian Manufactures.
