A major milestone for VLL was achieved in May 2006 when the company was recognized in China as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WOFE) and was awarded the A-Class license (number: 0005424). This license enables us to be fully operational in China; including issuing the government certified invoices as well as collecting payments. In 2007 the company obtained the all-important NVOCC license, granted by the Ministry of Communication, China (number: MOC-NVO2901).
