The company is a leading manufacturer and marketer of textile machinery, operating worldwide with factories in Europe and Asia.

The Group turnover for the fiscal year 2012 is around 350 million EURO. And the company has a worldwide market share of circa 40% for the segment where it operates.

Devoted to product and technology innovation, the Group has been investing heavily in R&D activities in Europe as well as in Asia to meet the clients’ needs. On average 5% of total revenue is invested in R&D every year. One in every four engineers gets the chance to work overseas.

To bring more innovative solutions to meet the challenges from the world textile space, the Group is aiming to build up a new R&D Center in China.
